  • Introduction

This is a multifunction device in which supercritical (CO2) fluid is used for extraction. It could extract solute from solid or liquid materials continuously.

It consists of two extraction vessels, two separation vessels, etc.

The maximum working pressure of extraction vessel for solid material is 40MPa, and highest working temperature is up to 85℃.

Design pressure and working pressure of the device is in conformity with relevant design codes about high pressure vessel and its parts. Meanwhile, it is equipped with reliable over-pressure protection system.

The device is designed with compact structure, safe and easy to operate. There are a pressure gage to display pressure and digital instruments in control panel to display temperature and flow rate. Host computer is touch-screen type. Pipes, valves and frames are made of stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9Ti).

D) Double safety protection, specifically: 1) the high pressure pump is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge, and the pump is stopped due to overpressure; 2) the high pressure pump, extraction kettle, separation kettle and other pressure vessels are equipped with a safety relief valve, which automatically relieves overpressure. When the pressure and temperature exceed the protection pressure, the alarm lamp will alarm and prompt to ensure the safe operation of the equipment;

E) Non standard customized design and production, with special requirements, to meet your special needs;

F) All stainless steel vessels, pipe valves, sanitary grade SS304 or SS316 materials;
