Introduction

Drying Oven Working Principle:

The heating and constant temperature system in the oven is composed of fan, electric heater, perfectly designed air duct structure and temperature control part. When the power is switched on, the fan runs, and the heat from the electric heater placed at the back of the oven is discharged through the air duct. After being dried in the working room, it is discharged through the ventilation pipe, thus continuously circulating to ensure the temperature balance.

Drying Oven Advantages:

The temperature controller is controlled by microcomputer and triggered by SCR, with high precision of temperature control. The control system has both time and temperature preset functions. The controller also has tracking alarm function of setting temperature upper and lower limits in addition to the protection device.

The drying oven is widely used in chemical, food, agriculture, engineering, pharmaceutical biochemical pesticides, universities and research institutions and other fields.
