This device is suitable for the recovery of ethanol in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and other industries to reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency. This device can dilute dilute ethanol to 90% -95%. The high ethanol concentration of the finished product can increase the reflux ratio, but the corresponding product is reduced, and the ethanol content of the discharged residual liquid is ≤3 °, which is an ideal equipment for recovering ethanol. The equipment is provided with two feed ports, low concentration feeds from below, and high concentration feeds from above. The lower the concentration, the greater the reflux ratio, and the greater the feed concentration, the smaller the reflux ratio.

The device is filled with high-efficiency stainless steel corrugated, and the parts that contact ethanol, such as condenser, regulator tank, cooler, etc., are made of stainless steel to ensure that the finished ethanol is not contaminated. The tower kettle uses a detachable U-shaped tube, which is convenient for heating the external wall.
